In the Spring of 2021, I interned with Valpak of Rochester. Working with their design team I primarily focused on creating social media graphics and digital marketing for 9 of their clients: UMI Steakhouse, Lisa's Liquor, Healing Hands Massage, McArdle's Restaurant, Roc City Furniture, Seabreeze Air Services, Sleep City, Stanley Steamer, and Chuckster's Amusement Park. My role was to design, write, and post content for each business' Facebook page with the goal of gaining new customers and engaging continued customers. Finding new angles to promote these businesses on a daily basis drove me to be very creative and lighthearted in my approach. Creating content for 9 clients at such a consistent pace was a challenge that encouraged me to stay organized and on pace while consistently testing my layout skills.
